From February 27-March 1, Dasra hosted Module IV—the final module—of the DSILP. The module brought together a unique group of 41 social sector leaders from organizations like Barefoot College, SEWA Rural, Administrative Staff College of India, Magic Bus, Arpan, and many more. The theme for the fourth module was “Sustainability & Legacy”, which centered on unique challenges around managing complexity and sustainability in growing organizations.
On the last day of the module, participants came together for the Graduation Ceremony, which celebrated everyone’s achievements from the past year. Presiding over the ceremony was honorary keynote speaker, United States Consul General Thomas L. Vajda who, along with Kiawah Trust’s Lynne Smitham and Dasra’s Neera Nundy and Amit Mukherjee, awarded certificates of completion to graduating participants.
