Over the past seven years, Pakzan Dastoor has led Dasra’s research efforts to raise funding for issues such as adolescent empowerment, health, education, governance, sanitation, and human rights. Currently, she engages with philanthropists and foundations to help direct financial and non-financial support to address some of India’s most significant development challenges as well as leads the Office of Strategy Management at Dasra. Before joining Dasra, Pakzan worked at the Akanksha Foundation in Mumbai.
