Aditi Kothari Desai is an Additional Executive Director & Head - Sales and Marketing at DSP BlackRock. She is also a member of its Executive Committee and the CSR committee. She is the driving force behind DSP BlackRock’s WINVESTOR, an education initiative empowering women with financial knowledge. Aditi has a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
